Become An Exhibitor At The Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show
Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show will be held during the period 19-22.8.2010 at HSK Yacht Club in Lauttasaari. The venue is located just 5 km from downtown Helsinki with excellent and frequent bus connections. For those visitors who come by car there is ample parking space.
The Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show for the year 2010 is a major event. The number of visitors at the show in 2009 was over 14,000. More than before, visitors are coming not just to admire fine boats and equipment but to seriously consider a purchase. As an exhibitor you can benefit from the popularity of this event in the best possible way.
There were altogether 14,116 visitors to the 2009 Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show, 142 enterprises exhibited 285 boats. There were also 89 different exhibition stands displaying equipment and accessories. Exhibition data was collated and checked by Levikintarkastus Oy.
Exhibition stand reservations for 2010:
Boat berth by jetty 23 EUR/m2
The discount for a second boat is 20%, for a third 30%, for a fourth 40% and for the fifth and beyond 50%. The largest boat is always considered to be the first.
Land-based stand in the exhibition tent 26 EUR/m2
Other land-based stand 20 EUR/m2
Finnboat member enterprises qualify for a 25% discount. A value added tax will be added to the above rates.
